All Cases are send to us, have to be disinfected from you.

All cases entering and leaving our Laboratory will be disinfected with Comprehensive Disinfection Control Protocol and Procedure to ensure Protection of your patients, yourself and us.

Return of Dentures, Maryland Bridges et., strictly 24 hours are required before return is possible.

Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)

Here at Holger Donath Dental Laboratory all of the products we supply to our clients

are compliant with all Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulatory requirements.



As you are aware there are changes in regards with the Therapeutic Goods Administration - TGA

and the Listing on medical devices to the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods - ARTG.

Custom-made medical devices where exempt from inclusion in the ARTG. As from the 25th February 2021 the definition has changed to Patient-matched medical devices and are now included in the ARTG.

I can confirm I notified TGA of the custom-made medical devices we manufacture as per the current regulations.

I can also confirm we have applied for transition (due 25th August 2021) and will therefore not require ARTG registration until 1st November 2024, I therefore fully compliant with the current regulatory framework.

Patient Matched Medical Device,

must be used in accordance with treating health practitioners instructions.

Device lifetime can be impacted by patient use and treatment as well general wear and tear.

Manufactured by a qualified dental technician (Holger Donath) under the Essential principles

with Materials sourced from Australian suppliers ( "unless otherwise stated")

Full Working Days required in our Laboratory - Monday to Friday

• Special Tray and Bite Block - 5 Days
• Temporary Crown,- Bridge Restoration, diagnostic wax-up & Surgical Stent - 8 Days
• Post & Core - 8 Days
• Direct cast Post & Core - 5 Days
• Single Crown - 8 Days
• Bridge or Multi-units and Implant Restoration - 10 Days

Terms & Conditions

Holger Donath Dental Laboratory will not compromise on Quality, Service and Reliability.

To ensure that our costs remain competitive we would request payments from Statement Date within 21 days.

Implant Restoration where Implant Components are supplied from us we would request payments from Invoice Date within 21 days.

Return policy for Art Prints

"Please note a NO return policy is in place"

as the Art Prints are be especially printed for You.

So please choose carefully, once your Order is received by us we will email you a confirmation with Payment and Order details.

All Prints in our Gallery only available as Limited Edition Fine Art Prints. As they will be especially printed for you, there will be no more than 25 signed and numbered prints of each. Once a Print becomes "SOLD OUT" it will be impossible to purchase. This will give a higher value to your investment compared with prints that are available in much larger quantities.

If through any reason the Order in damaged in transport please contact us immediately to arrange resending  your order. Please attach a photo of damage.
